i noticed last night when i press the brakes i hear grinding noise in left front. Its 1month old raybestos pads & ate premium rotors. I only hear the grinding noise when its almost to full stop.

You will have to pull a wheel off to see whats up. Could be a few things(broken pad, loose fastener, broken guide pin.

Had that happen a few times if they get a bit damp, and they slip/grind..once hot, the noise went away...or was it parked for a few wet days, and then you drove it.? those rotors may Say premium, but.. rust takes hold fast after a week of being parked...

As said inspect all moving parts. Also inspect the caliper, make sure the piston moves freely.
