Car always goes off allignment.
Every 2 months or so my steering wheel goes on an angle. Meaning I have to keep it steering left if I want to go straight.
I know I need alignment, but I don't want to do it every 2 months!
Why do you think it always goes off like that.
- it does this when the car is lowered AND stock ride height
- sometimes when I start moving I get a weird grinding noise, sounds like an axle or something. (passenger side)
- steering angles to the left
- maybe my tie rack or steering rod is constantly gets loosened?
Any help would be great, and no "take it to a mechanic"
Thanks.

the only way the alignment gets loose is if the mounting points for your suspension get loose or a bushing gets torn or damaged (or your suspension is bent). since you've had it aligned before, i'll assume your suspension isn't bent.
most likely what you have is a stripped screw or damaged thread somewhere in the suspension. the axle has nothing to do with the alignment, the axle 'floats' between the tranny and the wheel hub. it's possible that the steering rack gets loosened i suppose. it isn't possible that tie rod ends are causing your problem. going to a mechanic prolly isn't gonna be of much help unless the mechanic is 'invested' in finding your problem. the shop is paid on a per-job basis, so they'll spend the least amt of time looking at your car possible... which means they'll just align it in 20 minutes and send you on your way. you'll have to jack the car up and inspect it very carefully and perhaps even measure out your alignment using string and plumb lines to figure out where the problem is.
