Can I swap rotors to fit type r rims

I have a 92 eg and the bolt pattern is 4 x 100. I want to put on Integra type r rims however the bolt pattern is 4 x 114.3. Can I just swap rotors to rotors with a bigger bolt pattern? If not what do I have to do to make these fit?

Another question. If I buy a 5 bolt set-up with trailing arms, brakes, suspension, everything I need off a 96 ek will it bolt up to my eg or do modifications have to be made? Thanks

1st question: no you can't, you need all the susp parts

2nd question: bolt up, but check what rear lower control arms he's using, if he's using type r ones, you'll need type r shocks, if he's using EK ones, you'll need to swap the shock bushing to the eg one if you plan to keep your shocks.
