Brake Issue

Brake Issue
I press on the brakes, and it feels like there's a weight on one side of the tire. It makes a wobbly feeling when I slow down at a light. What is it? A warped rotor?
Also, I have disc fronts, drum rear. How much do you figure it is to service them and any good locations (mississauga/brampton/oakville) to do it at?
Thanks guys

A little more detail might help us confirm your issue. I would have the car inspected. depending on the service limit of the rotor you may not be able to machine them if that is the issue. from what speeds does this happen at?

I feel it mostly when I'm driving around 60km/h and then slow down for a stop sign. However, noticed it on the highway this morning but not as bad. I don't really feel anything in the pedal, the steering wheel doesn't shake, but it does sound like its from the front.

Take your front wheels off and have a look at the rotors and look at how much material is left on your pads. Front disks are fairly easy to service yourself. Drums are a little more involved but can still be done on your own. If your not comfortable, take it to someone to have a look at it. Contact chris_v2, he and Zeeman are working out of a shop in oakville and can definitely help you out.

When your driving, is the vibration in your steering wheel aswell as the brake pedal, because if it's just in the pedal, it's most likely your rear drums, but if it's in both the pedal and wheel, then it's your front rotors.
