brake cylinder removal

hey i have a 91 hatch with rear drums and im trying to replace the brake cylinder but i can only get at one bolt, the bolt thats hidden behind the trailing arm and brake line is next to impossible to get. i can get a 10mm wrench on it but once you start turning the head starts to strip. there is no room to put anything in there. i was just wondering if anyone has done this because i cannot do anything with the cylinder until it is out!

thanks in advance guys!

You need a 6point wrench to get it off. No way around it.
