vacuum line not connected, unsure where it goes?

vacuum line not connected, unsure where it goes?
There is a green plast cylinder looking part on my firewall on the bottom of that there is a hose not connected, any ideas on where this goes? It's not the cahrc. canister, kinda in the center of the firewall, let me know guys, thanks.

it's a 92 civic with a b16, talked to a buddy said he never seen the part where it comes off of, which is a green and white canister, maybe a 1/4 of the size of the charcoal canister. Will try and get a pick soon, just bin busy, thanks guys.
