im not too sure about quality swaps...its fairly easy to swap these motors yourself..there should be a post in here DIY swaps just search the thread...
Let me know if you get any deals on a b16, im willing to buy one myself..maybe they'll work out a deal for two.

check out our vendors...
I have only heard good things about hi velocity and i know they ve done quite afew swaps for other members and they all seem happy with the result. They are not in hamilton but i believe they are in burlington (close enough)
