o2 Transmission problem please help

o2 Transmission problem please help
my wife was heading home on her o2 honda civic coupe si *standard*
it has 266kms on it all highway driven... i've changed transmission fluid around 201kms... while is was on Neutral when the light turned green.. she tried to put it into 1st gear and the gear started to raddled and popped right back out .. she couldn't even start its on 2nd gear... but she managed to put it in and get it home since it was only 2 blocks away ... i've tried it myself and every time i tried to put it into grear . the gears from the box starts to raddle ..
i was just wondering is the gear out of place .. .i'm not sure.. please help ..
