junkyard if you are looking for used. Dealer (genuine parts) or small parts stores usually have aftermarket parts for a lot cheaper.

ya well canadian tires dealer here doesnt have any in stock

try napa, parts source, or look on here or kijiji for guys parting out civics. U could always resort to ebay if u have the time to wait for shipping.
