hi and bouncy idle on b16a2

Hey guys, had this problem for a bit, and ran out of ideas. I have cleaned the iacv and replaced it with 2 different ones, did a thorough cleaning aswell. Checked for vacuum leaks etc. I found nothing. It starts up stays at about 1400 for a bit, then goes to about 1000rpm. Then once i start driving and either put it in neutral or press the clutch it usually goes to about 1800 rpm, like wtf? Give me some ideas, a buddy told me to top up coolant, and let it air out (with rad cap off obviously while running), and see if that helps, gonna try that this weekend, doesn't overheat. let me know what you guys think.

try bleeding the cooling system, but i'd also check out the Fast Idle Thermo Valve, if equipped, its a common source of a crappy idle.
The FITV is on the bottom of the throttle body, all you have to do is take the one end-cap off and screw the little plastic peice thats threaded into the body of the valve back in, but not ALL the way back in, go all the way in and back it out like a turn.
Although, this sort of sounds like a vacuum leak, if its idling so high (1800rpms).

^^zeeman gave me the same advice when I had this problem. HE hit the nail on the head for me.
