no you need struts/shocks too, unless you want to be sick every time you drive your car,cause itll be really bouncy due to the stock struts not being able to handle it and driving on blown struts sucks. for struts look at koni, kyb or tokico. make sure the struts you buy can hadle the drop, kyb gr-2 are only intended for 1.5in drop anything lower will void your warranty. for around 1.5in drop look at the koni reds, gr-2 or tokico hp. anything lower look at koni yellow(sport), kyb agx or tokico illuminas and for springs look at better brands than those, eibach, tein, sprint, goldline, intrax, suspension techniques you can also look at coilovers ground controls are great gc/koni yellow will be my next setup... do it right the first time and have a good ride rather than doing it cheap and having to spend more money and time to get it done right, also after you have lowered your car go for an alignment.
