i just changed my dash lights today to leds and i was wondering if the difference in volt/amp needed could cause my check engine light to come on? Or is it just a coincidence it came on the first ride i took with them changed?

I would say coincidence. what kind of car? if its OBD1 just jump the harness with a paper clip and find out what the prob is.

its a 92 hatch with a b16a2. how do i do that? also, is seems to come on when i let off the gas in 4th. as soon as i do that it comes on.. what would this mean? any ideas?

if its on steady, its you emission control senson comming on, flashing, a misfire is dectected.....imo

jump the service connector and find out what code you're getting.

so what was the code ? have you jump the service plug?

20 and 23. knock sensor and electrical. shouldn't be a big problem. ill have to look at my connections
