Best Aftermarket shops in GTA?

I'm currently looking to get a new(good quality) distributor for my 99 civic ex and the dealer......lol......wants about $800.00...worth more than my car!!!!!!!!! Anyway, just wanted to ask where you fine people shop for parts - who should I stay away from? Thanks

I almost always buy used parts. the classified TCC kijiji craigs list are pretty good also I go to the junkyard, sometimes I get lucky.

depending on the kind of stuff you want, Teknotik in scarborough is pretty good.

canadian tire
or japanesse direct auto (something like that)

I lol'd at honda when they said its $800 for the distrubuter, then lol'd harder at the $300 labor for the install.

You can get one for around $150 new, just look around

Its like 3 bolts to put it on and 4 wires, plus a plug.

I always go there for parts. Low prices and good honest guys. Never had a problem with them, even exchanging the wrong parts I ordered. My buddy who is a mechanic recommended them to me.
