Hey guy i having a problem with a 90 honda civic witha b16a it wont pass 3000 rpm. also i have a code 4 ( TDC code or a crank code) I change the distributor brand spanking new and it still gives me a code 4 and still wont rev up pass 3000 rpm. Any idea or has it happen to anyone else you know. I did all the diagnoise test for the code 4 and it lead me to believe that i need a pcm but before i purchase another pcm i want info from other people.
