00'sir killing gas
i have only 133,000 on the motor and the car is stock but i go threw a full tank of gas in a 160km it kils my gas and the air filter is clean oil is always good..does anyone here have any ideas why its killing the gas and i check my plugs and they are white and black could that be it? any ideas

Everytime when u drive.. do u like to high rev every gearing? that waste gas... Try to switch every 3000 rpm that should make a difference.. try to always kick Vtec lol ... i know b16 puts more power at high rpms.. but if ur driving everyday just A to B just drive regularly...And also check ur Tire pressure.... Well if anyone else has anything other input please do.. i'm just a noobie here... that can't post alot ...

that sounds patheticly bad... more then just roding on it all the time... I rod on my SiR all the time... and never get that bad... hell my DSM with 880cc injectors isnt that bad if im booosting at 23psi all day haha... theres somthing really wrong.. do a tune up..(plugs, wires, cap,) check the fuel pressure regulator...
Is it smoking black out the exhaust? check the cat.. see if its getting really hot... thats odd tho..

wow, when i run mine hard i still get like 500 to a tank haha
my advice is go to honda, yah maybe itll cost you 40-100 bucks for them to find the problem however when they find it ull save the money in gas in just a couple months, also who better to look at a honda then a honda dealership?
thats what id do anyways, get it checked asap dont put it off thats not good for ur engine whatever its doing

well i was having the same prob...but after changing the air filter and pcv valve...it gave me better gas milage n performance...

i've been tring to kill my car and its been on empty and i got 76km and it hasn't died yet
