how much power can those tranny hold? im about to boost my car

What kinda boost are we talking? Chances are if it's a low boost stock internal build the trans will be fine. Now if its the kinda build that required the engine to be built... It's about balance really with all things modified. High boost and you might wanna look into at the very least carbon synchro's and a better diff, tho really any excuse to add in a decent LSD is a good one.

well you answered my other post about the skunk2 camshafts and thanks for that! this is my first build and i dont know what kinda of power im gonna be making i been doing alot of resarch for past year and been gathering parts, im aiming for likw 300whp and i pretty sure i can achive that with the setup i got.

At 300 I think stock trans internals will be fine, tho I'd upgrade the clutch and flywheel for sure and if for nothing else I'd swap to LSD just to be able to actually make use of that kinda power.

I'm planning to swap an LSD in my own car soon, I've had them before and miss it. From what I've read pro's and cons of metal plate clutch type vs gear type I personally like the Mfactoy one.
