WINTER WHEEL AND TIRE SALE RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. We require a 10% deposit of the total purchase before Oct 31, 2012; to honour the promotional price.
2. Deposits can be made by Credit card over the phone; in store with debit, credit, or cash; and/or email transfer (sales@tires23.com).
3. Pricing listed includes taxes (13%) and the Ontario Tire Stewardship Fee ($5.84 per tire,)
4. Tires23 will hand torque every single wheel.
5. Tires23 uses Oem fitment and hub centric steel wheels,
