I know of a place that can do it properly. They have made full tube race cars before, but they are mostly a machine shop that makes stuff for company's. They have a PT cruiser there right now the owner of the place has been making it RWD and it has a 6.4L hemi in it, and still has the full interior.
You could call them and see if they could, but I don't think they will as they have been crazy busy right now. Here's their name and number. Ask for Donny, tell him spike from NRG Automotive told you to call him
