What's a good starter bike? I'm looking for used. Also how do you get the M1-M2, is it a 2-day course or something?

m1's a written test that costs like $17, 60 days later(between day 60 and day 90) you can take the test to get the m2.

Sold everything.

Now a 2001 Bandit 600, 2004 DL650, 2004 Ruckus 50 all 3 insured for $1000 a year. Old fart with a good record and 37 years no claims.

The insurance company had to ask if I was going to use the Ruckus 50 as a commercial vehicle to transport people on.

Past Bikes:

1989 Suzuki Katana 600 = Sold it.
2007 Suzuki SV650 (lots of mods) = Traded it in on a Gixxer.
2008 Suzuki GSX-R600 (White on White) = Sold it.

Current Ride:

2007 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Classic (Black and chrome)... what a beast.

I got tired of having a sore *** after 2 hours of riding. Sold all the sport bikes and moved into a cruiser. There's nothing better than enjoying a long ride and being comfortable. Sure, I miss the ability to rip all the major 400 series highways, but safety first seems to be a better moto to live by.
