i dont know whats more mind boggling

the fact that the bronx looked like that in the 70s or the fact that it looks nothing like that today.

ya but the difference is that detroit in itself has gone to **** over the years...meaning the entire city.

why this blows my mind is that this is part of New York City which is supposed to be the greatest city on earth.

I'd do 3 steps.

1)Evacuate (Everyone gtfo)
2)Level (By level I mean bomb the **** out of the area)
3)Rebuild (Walmart supercentre, YMCA, Adecco Job Agency office, Apartments etc)

do you not realize how many ppl live in poverty in NY. Bronx,Brooklyn, staten island,coney brownsville etc. Its not the way ppl think it is.
