Exclamation Rust/exhaust repairs

Hey guys, Ive got a 2000 civic DX (EK). and its got rust bubbles on the roof all the way thru, i attempted removing them a couple months ago and it was a total disaster. right now ive got bondo covering all of the rust spots as a temp fix... very flattering lmao. and a bit of rust on the rear quarters. I wanted to know if anyone knew a good rust remover/painter that i could get it done fairly cheap. Ive also got a mad exhaust problem.. do you think its worth putting 421 headers and an exhaust kit on a d16y or just replace the manifold and call it a day?

Thanks everyone,
Gingerbuddz

dx should have a y7 i have one in my se and the exhaust mani imo is s&^$ my car was my buddys before i owned it and he had the mani changed 3 or 4 times andnow i have to they seem to like to crack down the middle to the o2 sensor and the emissions guys dont seem to liek that lol. when i go to replace it again ill be doing some form of header not even for any power gain but just so i dont have to worry about it cracking every two or three years. Is this just my mani? or anyone else have this issue? second engine in the car and they still crack all bolts torqu inside to out

lmao yeah man, i got a new mani in novmber and it blew out in the summer, my mechanic told me to buy a new one so i told him to go f* himself. and i went to Altech. They are on this site, great bunch of guys, they specialize in honda/acura. He pretty much rebolted it and welded the joint shut. it worked great! better then new i thought. Buddy @altech told me that i shouldnt waste money on headers. very understandable since that motor cant bring 4 fat people up a hill. My problem is since the mani is beast now, the pipe right under it blew. sounds like a ligit ricer now. im keeping it off the road cuz i dont need any more tickets.
