Mass Electric Problem?

Hey guys new to the forum and thought its time to join one. Hoping this is the one. My buddy Cody and I have been testing and testing this civic I bought. Salvaged washington title with no real damage only 112k when I bought it for 1500. Steal of a deal. Only thing is. Fuel gauge is pinned on 3/4 tank. Tried to trouble shoot it but stopped after we didn't have any power in the female piece while checking the amps... Nothing. So it got me thinking. My windows are weird. All work from driver side, but def an electrical tweak. Passenger doesn't work, but will stop progress when rolling it up or down from driver side. So I'll put it down and if wife tries from her switch it stops it. So it's getting power... Also noticed the auto locks were tweaked. Only work sometimes. So searching and searching I saw something about an inline fuse that could be jacking up my grounds or something? I know it has the janky main battery ground to car.... What about those 15 amp inline fuses? Ones that run under car etc.many ideas? Trying to keep from going to honda.... I'm pretty good at fixing it and will do it wi my buddies help. Trying to avoid random trial and error process. Let me know guys! Thanks.

I know this isn't exactly avoiding trail and error but look up the ground locations under the dash and see if there's a damaged one. Between window and cluster issues, sounds like a ground issue. The windows, maybe expect more then one ground depending on what switch is used, and the motors have internal breakers, meaning if they struggle to move, then they'll stop till the circuit/motor cools off enough and work again. The fuel gauge will stay where it was when it lost power (key turned off) and if the ground is broken...
