srs light reset

I have seen the instructions on how to reset the srs light. I am not clear on if you reset the srs light are the airbags still operational. Anybody know?

yes, they will still work

all the reset does is get rid of that pain in the *** srs light

If the srs light comes on, don't you think that's an issue? I don't want to put my money on resetting a "pain in the ***" indicator that I might need in case of accident....
