"Enter Code" Message
My 2009 Civic had its battery run down. When the CAA guy recharged it, the information screen on the stereo changed to "Enter Code", and the stereo will not work. I checked the manual it seemed to say the system will re-boot itself, but after several days of driving it has not. Is there a code I am supposed to enter?

look in the plastic sleeve that the owners manual came with, there should be a card, plastic one the size of a business card the will say radio code on it, if not there, open your glove box and look on the sides of the actual door that you don't normally see, like open the passenger door and look at the glove box when open from that side kind thing, it may be stuck there by a tech during the original vehicle inspection at the dealer.
can't find it...
press radio preset buttons 1 and 6, hold them with one hand and then turn the power on.
the display will then read u#####, then L#####.
record these series of numbers.
call honda and talk to parts, tell them whats up with your car and then give them the numbers.
when you have the code turn the car on, then radio power, when it says enter code, you then use the station presets 1-6 enter the code the radio should let out a long beep noise and your good, but now you gotta reset all your presets and the clock.
