need exhaust part 98 hatchback

the part that goes from the headers to the midpipe i believe? in this picture

the bottom of the pic

i need the part that connects that to the engine

part to the left has rusted off and is disconnected from the part to the right

i need a replacement part for the one to the left...whts it called
