Power Mirrors on DX

Is there any issues by putting power mirrors on my 1999 DX without actually wiring them up?

I'm assuming i can manually adjust them by moving the glass with my hands.

Will the interior non power trim pieces still work with the power mirrors?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

it will work.

You will feel the mirror actuator clicking while you are manually adjusting the mirror. also you wont be able to adjust it from the inside.

are you replacing them because non power mirrors are flat black and the power ones are painted?

Yes, that is the reason. I have a full Si (well SiR since I'm Canadian)front end, and thought the mirrors would complete the look.
