Is it my Wheel or Alignment?????

Is it my Wheel or Alignment?????
Ok here's the situation......
I was goin maybe 15-20 km/h and hit pure ice. My car lost control and hit a curb maybe 10 feet away. Needless to say teh impact was hard enough to make me get out of my car and inspect the damage. No only my tires took the hit (good news), but later when I hit the highway my steering wheel started shakingt high speed. My car doesn't seem to sway away right or left.
So my question is....
Do you think I messed up my alignment or I warped my rim (winter stock wheels), or both.
I was told I should rotate my front to my back to see if the wobbling decreases, if it does it means it is my rim.
What do you guys think?
