ECU for d17a2

I'm looking for a ECU chip for my d17a2. I've heard that there isn't much out there. Would it be possible to remap the stock ECU? I want to chip my D17 to get the most out of my stage 2 clutch, stage 2 cam, flywheel, injectors, intake, and exhaust system. Looking for 40 hp +. Anyone have any experiance with this engine?

I'm not real sure what your options are as far as the ECU goes for that car, and I don't know what factors you need to consider for emission testing in your area but don't expect 40 hp gains from what you've listed. I don't think any Honda motor would get that sorta gain without boost, or some other major factors being different. 20 hp is a lot more realistic, 30 optimistic.
