I want to make a quick sale with this one.

Cleanest engine around. It has just about 180,000 km and runs perfectly. it's being removed from my car as we speak to be replaced by a b16 (more power)... located in markham.

I took good care of it, with premium oil changes every 5,000 KM and only FRAM oil filter, I just did an oil change about 1,000 KM ago.

right now it comes with MINT dc sports headers that I am trying to sell separately for $300.

take engine and headers for $700.

BTW IF YOU WANT THE ENGINE INSTALLED BY A PROFESSIONAL THE PRICE IS $600. THIS INCLUDES ENGINE, TRANSMISSION, ECU... THE WHOLE THING... want to make a quick buck?? buy an engineless civic and drop this baby, then resell it for double!
