Hi all honda noob here would love some help since my search skills are lacking and Im sure there are better minds here that can help me get this Ej6 running right.

So my dilemma begins with I just bought a 99 DX coupe that has a few mods already but is in dire need of some TLC to get running right.
First off it Has a JDM B16A swapped into it with a P2T ECU and supposedly a 95 GSR trans.
Ok so first off the wiring harness is oddly wired to say the least....Its been rigged so that at the ON position for the ignition the radiator fan kicks on automatically, then there is the fact that its running really rich you can smell the unburnt gas all the time....from what ive read there are some issues between the P2T and JDM B16A(btw anyone know how to verify which gen B16A is in it?)....but as to what exactly I havent found anything concrete to begin looking for. anyways any help that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
And lastly I havent had much luck in figuring out which motor mounts should be used on this since from what I can tell the ones on it need to be replaced probably sooner then later
