This will have all the details, but coles notes, I'm pretty sure you keep the engine harness from the dx, transfer the injectors from the dx or maybe you'll need b16 obd0-1 injectors, not sure and the distributor will need to be re-pinned if your going from an obd0 car to obd1 engine/ecu. The IAC and maybe other sensors need to be wired differently for some swaps but I think if your staying obd0 or converting to 1, I don't think that applies to your swap. You can buy a conversion harness for the ECU to go 0-1 at the ECU if that's the route you're going (and you should be) and the conversion harness will usually have 4 wires or so coming out of the ECU side to nothing where as the rest of the wires go to the harness side plug(s) those wires coming out are usually for things like the O2 sensor that you'll need to convert from 1 wire to 4 wire and then you need to wire VTEC. That's also into the leads off the conversion harness, and only 2 wires from the motor to the ECU and one from the solenoid to ground. These will all be covered in the articles in that link I posted for you.
