USA 97 civic ex b16a tach problem
my names corey and i have a 97 civic ex with a b16a swap running obd2a. im having issues with the tach it works when it wants mostly not. jumps around alot but when it dont work it sits around six oclock when runing and sits below the stoper pin with engine off and key on. its an obd1 dizzy wired to work with the stock harness no mil light just tach acts up alot. any ideas or opinions.

Could be an issue with the tach gauge in the cluster. Not sure...

Someone told me It could be the ignition module could that be true

Ya replace the ICM in the distributor. It should fix it
