1999 civic cooling fan does not come on

1999 civic cooling fan does not come on

99 civic ex 1.6 temp rises but fan does not come on. Changed the temp sensor thermostat, hoses. can jump the fan from the sensor and comes on,which is how i have it now. This one has me puzzled . Any ideas .....Thanks

Having the same problem but with mine the ac condenser fan does not kick in. Went as far as changing the thermostat sending unit relay and the fan . Runs fine down the highway but when you stop better be ready to turn on the heat to cool it off.I'm reading that a air bubble may be to blame. Have had it sucked,tipped at a 15-20 degree to try to get it out but nothing.Now I guess I'm going to try changing the radiator.Any other ideas feel free.......Thanks 1999 civic ex 1.6
