is there an egr valve in d15b7 engine 1993 civic dx motor

actually, not completely true there Cablerat.
92-95 civics with D15Z1 VTEC-E engines have EGR Valve (US/Japan)
96-00 civics with D16Y5 VTEC-E engines have EGR Valve (US/Japan)
prior to 92 civics, i'm not sure exactly which engines have EGR Valve.
but the rest of the North American, D-Series engines that don't have an EGR Valve:
D15B7, D16Z6, D16Y7, D16Y8
and to answer the OP's question;
D15B7's don't have an EGR Valve.
