ATTN: Classifieds
The classifieds are now switched back over to a forum style.
TCC CLASSIFIEDS

This section was created for people to sell their automotive related items. The Misc section is a bonus.
1- Sellers must include a price & location (mandatory) and pictures if you have them.
2- Selling multiple items? Please try and post them under one topic and update your post when you have sold items or contact a mod or admin to close your thread when the items are sold.
3- Include contact information: e-mail address or "PM me". It is good business to conduct most elements of your transaction in the private message. This way you do not post up personal information, and also there is less clutter for other readers.
4- If you feel like you have a comment (valid or not) about the product being sold by the individual please pm him and tell him in private. Failure to do so will play a role in removing the ability of all members being able to reply.
Members who continually break this rule will have their access to reply to threads removed all together.
5- If you are not interested in the item being sold, do not post in the thread at all. We don't care if his car is super clean and you've seen it in person.
6- No posting items for friends; posts will be locked and contact details removed.
7- Posting duplicates of your posts in other sections will have your threads deleted.
8- Posts "gauging interest" are forbidden. Either the item is for sale or it isn't; if its not, please don't post it. If it happens, it will be locked. Happens again you will be banned.
9- Links to other forums with the pics of the cars or details is forbidden. Either the car is forsale and the details are here, or its not.
10- 1 thread bump per 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the thread being locked.

Well i bumped my for sale thread once. And it got closed

So what's the rule when your thread gets locked cuz someone else couldn't keep their opinion to themselves? This just happened to my thread which is why I'm asking. Do I repost it in 24 hours? That's sort of "bumping" it but it also causes duplicate threads.

You waited less than 2 minutes for an answer?
The decision was made by the current admin staff to make the change.
You bumped your thread 16 minutes after you posted it. Its locked.

We are visiting the idea of locking the classifieds so that users may only post, not reply.
In the future you could report the issue via the report button that is in every thread under everyones details.

Maybe open your eyes next time you look at my forsale thread.
SOMEONE else posted 16 minutes after i posted it.
So its my fault if someone posts on my thread? That counts as my bump?
Cuz if so. PLEASE delete my user name off this site.
