ok ive read just about all i could and tried to reset the light and it stays on. can someone give me some ideas on what to check,i got it with a rebuilt title,and have put alot of time and money getting it ready for the road,i have everything in perfect working conditon, just the 1 light. i need it to pass inspection,this car means alot to me and i want it right. u can see the pic,yellow/black,we call her the RUMBLE BEE....any help would be great....

anyone?...ive tried to reset light it comes right back on..so can anyone tell me what else to check before i HAVE to take it to a DEALER..i dont want to spend a fortune to find out it was a simple fix...is there sensors? where are the y at so i can check all connections,seats are orig,could a seat belt cause a problem?...thanks

also i noticed none of my dash idiot lights work on the right side(low fuel,and the other 5 lights in the group) all others work,dash and all the lights on left side(batt,check engine,high beam),can someone offer an idea of why those arent working?....thanks

ok got the problem solved with the dash lights,pulled cluster and found all bulbs missing,so pulled left side and put in rt side and they all work..so off to get new bulbs...but still have srs problem...........

Not familiar with egs but does the car have a drivers side airbag in the steering wheel ? Is it connected ?

Check connections Under the drivers side and passengers seat

yes theirs a bag in the steering wheel,ill check con tomorrow,there is a connection under drivers but not pass,ill look again to be sure...thanks

There is not one under the passenger seat only drivers seat. unplug it and see if your light turns off.

my 96 civic has a problem. i bought it with a wreck front end but bags never deployed. now i have a srs light on and horn doesnt work. i bought a new srs module and still have light.could this be a bad clock spring? how do i check? i need to get this fixed so i can get inspected...any help would be great...and yes i tried to reset light just comes back on,,,,,,thanks for any help

ok, i took off steering wheel and the clock spring. then took it apart and found a mess. neither ends of ribbon were attached to anything and it was wound around outside but all kinds of bends in ribbon to like fold it in there..so i take it this was my problem...can anyone tell me were to get a decent priced one?...thanks for any help
